Bettina is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals of personal control, family harmony and a legacy that protects, improves and enhances the lives of their beneficiaries. She does this through a focus on clients’ desires for management during their incapacity and after death, and drafting the necessary documents (typically wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance medical directives) to reach their objectives. Her clients span the life cycle from single adults, to adults with children, to adults readying for retirement and beyond, as well as small business owners concerned about succession planning.
Bettina sees clients at her office or at the client’s home or office. Appointments are scheduled during regular business hours or on Saturdays.
